Yes, orders are processed within 1 business day. In-stock items ordered Monday through Friday before 3 pm Central Time normally ship out the same day. In stock items ordered weekdays after 3 pm Central Time, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.
If the item you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified via email and/or phone within 1 business day. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include public holidays or weekends.
We do not sell parts over-the-counter and we do not offer any in-store pickup option. All orders must be placed on our website and shipped directly to you.

Sometimes there is a weather delay, a vehicle breaks down, power goes out somewhere or there is some other unforeseen circumstance outside our reasonable control that prevents your package getting to you on time. When you order a part from Parts Dr it will be shipped quickly from one of 14 warehouses located across the United States. Not all warehouses have the same part inventory, so if your multi-item order can't be fulfilled by a single warehouse your items may ship in separate packages from different locations.

All of our shipping options are flat rate. This means the shipping rate for one (1) item or one hundred (100) items is the same if they are placed on the same order. These shipping options are available within the continental United States only.
