Ordered the wrong part(s) – We cannot add or remove parts from an order once it’s placed. If you ordered the wrong parts, you must request to cancel your entire order. Then, place a new order for the correct part(s).
Other reason – If you no longer need the parts in your order, decided not to fix your appliance, or have another reason for cancelling, we’ll do our best to cancel the order before it enters the shipping process.
