Reasons to cancel an order

Used the wrong shipping address – We cannot modify the shipping address on an order once it’s placed. If you used the wrong shipping address, request to cancel your order. Then, place a new order using the correct address.

Ordered the wrong part(s) – We cannot add or remove parts from an order once it’s placed. If you ordered the wrong parts, you must request to cancel your entire order. Then, place a new order for the correct part(s).

Other reason – If you no longer need the parts in your order, decided not to fix your appliance, or have another reason for cancelling, we’ll do our best to cancel the order before it enters the shipping process.

Not all orders can be cancelled

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Submitting a request to cancel is not a guarantee that the order can be canceled.

We will do our best to cancel your order before it enters the shipping process. Once your order enters the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
