Parts Dr is very sorry that your order arrived damaged. If your order was damaged, please contact us right away so we can resolve the problem for you.
We must be notified within 10 days of when you received your order in order for us to file a claim with the carrier.
You will need to provide photos of the damage to the part and any damage to the box.
Unfortunately, after 10 days we will not be able to offer a replacement for the damaged item. No refunds will be issued for damaged orders, replacements will be shipped out as soon as possible after we have been notified.
