30 Day Returns
You may return any item(s) in its original condition to Parts Dr for up to 30 days from the receipt of the shipment.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please note: Items that have been installed, used, "tried", or missing the factory packaging cannot be accepted for refund under any circumstances.
You can return any part purchased from us, including electrical, gas, or special order parts.
Refund amount is for the price paid plus any applicable tax, minus original shipping charge, and minus a 5% restocking fee. The restocking fee is waived if you ordered an incorrect part and place a new order for the correct part(s).
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit or debit card within 7 days. Please note that depending on your bank's policies, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
How do I return an item?
To return an item please click here to fill out the return form on our website. We will review your information and respond to you by email within 1-2 business days.
Parts must be returned in the original packaging. If the item came in a box, it must be returned in the same box. If the item came in a bag, it must be returned in the same bag that it was sealed in. Items must include all manuals, packaging, seals, ect. Please do not write on the factory box or packaging, and leave all factory stickers on the box.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return an item. Parts Dr does not provide prepaid return shipping labels or reimburse customers for return shipping costs. If your return is rejected, Parts Dr is not responsible for returning the item to the customer.
Missing An Item
First check the packing slip included with your shipment. In some cases we will split your order into multiple shipments. If you find that you are missing an item please fill out the contact form on our website and include which part number you are missing and your order number. If you are missing an item that comes as a kit that includes multiple parts in the same package from the factory, then you will need to fill out the defective part form and include the model and serial number from your appliance. We must be notified of any missing items within 10 days of the receipt of your shipment.
If an item in your order arrived damaged, please fill out the damaged order form. We must be notified within 10 days of when you received your order in order to qualify for replacement of the item.
Defective parts must be exchanged for a new one, they can not be returned for a refund. If an item in your order is defective, please fill out the defective part form.

Extended Warranty from Extend.com
If you purchased an Extend warranty for your part, please visit customers.extend.com to file a claim using the email address you provided at checkout.
Canceling An Order
Orders may be cancelled before they enter the shipping process. Please Request to Cancel as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Once an order has entered the shipping process we cannot cancel the order.
