High package volume delays reported: Unfortunately our shipping carriers have reported some delivery delays due to high package volume. According to shipping carriers, the COVID-19 pandemic has created record-breaking shipment volumes. As more people shop online to avoid crowds in stores, those numbers have grown even more. This has created shipping volumes that are taxing logistics networks nationwide, which may cause delays. These delays are outside of our control, and we do not issue refunds or credits for these delayed or late shipments.
It is uncommon for a package to be delayed. Since such a small percentage of packages are delayed, we're still offering expedited shipping services so that our customers can continue to receive their items faster.
Parts Dr does not issue refunds or credits for delayed or late shipments.
FedEx, UPS, and USPS have currently suspended some service guarantees. We will continue to fulfill and send your order on time, but carrier delays may cause some packages to be delivered later than the estimated delivery date shown at the time of purchase. As stated in our Shipping Policy we are not responsible for these delays and will not provide refunds for delayed shipments.
