Same Day Shipping
Orders placed on PartsDr.com are processed in 1 business day. In stock items ordered before 3PM Central Time normally ship out the same day. If the item you ordered is not in stock you will be notified via email and/or phone within 1 business day. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.
Flat Rate Shipping Options
All of our shipping options are flat rate. This means the shipping rate for one (1) item or one hundred (100) items is the same if they are placed on the same order. These shipping options are available within the continental United States only. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands please see lower on this page.
- Standard - Standard flat rate ground shipping, most orders are received in 2-5 business days from when it is shipped. Our standard ground shipping is FAST, the average delivery time is only 2 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends. Most Standard orders to P.O. Boxes are received in 3-8 days. We are unable to guarantee a delivery time to P.O. Boxes.
- 2nd Day - Most 2nd Day orders are received in 2 business days from when the order is shipped. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.
- Next Day - Most Next Day orders are received in 1 business day from when the order is shipped. Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.
Our shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS may experience delays to due weather, high package volume, or other causes outside of our control. Carriers may chose to suspend their service guarantees for all shipping methods including our 2nd Day and Next Day methods. Parts Dr is not responsible for these delays, and will not offer refunds or credit for shipments delivered after the estimated delivery shown at the time of purchase.

In Stock Items
In stock items ordered before 3PM Central Time will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday. Orders placed on national holidays will ship out on the following business day.
Once an order has been shipped you will be emailed with a tracking number. Please allow for up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be available on the carriers website.
If you made an account when you made your order you may visit the My Account page and log in to view your orders and tracking numbers.
Parts Dr does not currently ship internationally.
Most orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS. Unfortunately you do not have the option to chose your shipping carrier.
Most items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes via Fedex Smartpost, UPS SurePost, and USPS using our Standard ground shipping. 2nd Day and Next Day shipping options cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Some items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. We are unable to guarantee a delivery time to P.O. Boxes.
Orders shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO's are shipped via USPS using our Standard flat rate ground shipping. Due to the remote locations of some of these addresses a delivery time cannot be promised. Items that are oversize or that contain hazardous materials cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, and DPO's.
Alaska & Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS or Fedex using our Standard $24.99 flat rate ground shipping. Due to the remote locations of some of these addresses a delivery time cannot be promised. Items that are oversize or that contain hazardous materials cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders shipping to Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS or Fedex using our Standard $24.99 flat rate ground shipping. Due to the remote locations of some of these addresses a delivery time cannot be promised. Items that are oversize or that contain hazardous materials cannot be shipped to Puerto Rico. Due to shipping restrictions items shipped to Puerto Rico may not be available for same day shipping. Please contact customer service for a shipping time frame.
Guam, & U.S. Virgin Islands
We currently do not ship to Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Some oversize or overweight items such as washer tubs, dryer drums, refrigerator doors, and other large items may require additional shipping and handling fees. If the item that you ordered requires additional shipping and handling charges you will be contacted by phone or email and offered the choice of paying the extra charge, or canceling your order. We will not charge you any additional freight without your authorization. Oversize items can be shipped within the continental United States only.
Unforeseen & Unavoidable Circumstances (Force Majeure)
Sometimes there is a weather delay, a vehicle breaks down, power goes out somewhere or there is some other unforeseen circumstance outside our reasonable control that prevents your package getting to you on time. These things are often referred to as "acts of God". In those cases, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to be sure you get your package as soon as possible. However, our normal shipping and delivery guarantees do not apply to these situations.
In-Store Pick Up
Sorry, we do not sell parts over the counter. All orders must be placed on our website and shipped directly to you.
