Problem
F-11 code. LG stove 7 years old. Oven would not heat up.
Tools
Phillips head screwdriver and 8mm wrench.
Repair & Advice
Oven would start but soon turn off. F-11 code would display. For awhile the oven would work after a restart but gradually 2 or 3 restarts were necessary then no amount of restarts would work. Checked the temp sensor first. It was good then ordered the igniter. Price range for igniter was approximately $30.00 to $160.00. Bought an O.E. unit for $130.00. Fairly easy to install. Both temp sensor and igniter replacement videos can be found on YouTube. Very helpful!

Problem
Stove would not ignite. No heat. Still had orange glow.
Tools
Not sure what tools used.
Repair & Advice
Stove is about 7 years old. I do a lot of baking so it is used daily. Quit heating. We had the orange glow but would not ignite and no heat. Gas was checked and of course the burners worked. My husband got online and researched the stove. Then he searched for the parts. Not too many appliances service repairer in our area
work on LG. So we took a chance and ordered the part. I wanted an LG part not an after market part.
