Only way to fix keyboard is to replace it. Problem is you need to buy and install a new door to do that. I did that and fixed the problem myself but I will never buy another Samsung product because unit was about 2 years old and out of warranty. So the cost to fix it yourself is at least half what it would cost to call Samsung service. Keyboard failed after cleaners cleaned microwave with cleaner they always used. Unit should be designed to handle this! Part was brand new OEM part as advertised. Very happy with result!!
