My washing machine was constantly getting unbalanced with medium to heavy loads. I looked up problems and found one story about pushing down on the tubs resistance and how it should be firm. There was hardly any resistance on mine. I ordered the 4 own rod assembly dampers and replaced them easily. I have not had any unbalanced issues since I repaired it. Just view the repair video and it’s a snap to repair.
