Problem
Machine wasn't giving error code just had water left in drum after wash cycles.
Tools
I Just used pliers and 10mm socket on 3/8 drive ratchet with 4" extension.
Repair & Advice
Before you begin be sure to unplug your machine. Turn off the water supply and disconnect both hot and cold hoses. Using a large tie wrap secure drain line to the back so it is elevated above the water level in the drum. Move washing machine to an open area where you are able to lay it down. Before laying the machine down retrieve a 5 gallon bucket and small plastic tote for collecting water in machine. Keep large bath towels on hand for any remaining water. After draining carefully lay machine on its back to access the bottom. Remove the bolts in plastic cover on the main motor drive to access electrical connections. Remove the mounting bolts for drain pump. Loosen hose clamps and disconnect outlet hose and electrical connector. Rock and twist pump while pulling firmly to remove pump. Install new pump in reverse order of removal being sure to note correct orientation. Put plastic cover back on motor drive and stand machine back up right. Move machine to reconnect water supply and electric power. Be sure to place drain line back in drain pipe before testing.
