Problem
F97, lower cooling fan error. stops the entire oven.
Tools
Bit driver, screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
It's pretty simple. Pull the oven out from the wall, take off the cover for the lower fan (it's in the middle of the oven), take out the fan and attached sensor. Replace with new. Reassemble.

Problem
GE Double Wall Oven read code F97 on the right side.
Tools
A cooler to set the oven on, screw driver - lot's of screws. Star shaped tip.
Repair & Advice
It was our first time repairing an oven. THe hardest part was figuring out where the sensor was and pulling out the ovens. Lower fan was between two ovens on the right side. Easy fix from behind. It is working great now.

Replaced Cooling Fan (was very dirty and greasy inside). Highly Recommend replacing the Cooling Fan Sensor since it gets greasy and dirty also.
