Error code F96 on a dual GE oven part number JT5500SF3SS

Repair & Advice
Right After my warranty expires my over get F96 when i try to pre heat. I call GE and they said is out of warranty and there is going to be a $99 for diagnostic. Then a charge for parts and labor after the diagnostic is completed. Of course for me this was not acceptable and did some research. The original WB26X24020 is no longer available since that is a very quality fan and also just burned on my unit. My believe is they should have recall this part number.
Now the new replacement part is WB26X31060.
In order to replace the part the dual oven needs to be pulled out and top and back panel needs to be taken off. Keep picture since there is going to be about 3 different screw types and you want to put them back together in the same spot.
Once you remove and have access to the old fan, you need to replace a small electronic board attached to the fan.
Once this is done is just same process backwards.
In my case i believe this fan is more powerful and effective. So when the oven pre-heats or cools down the fan is more louder that the original fan, meaning it will heat and cool faster than before.
BDW this product is an original GE part.

Error code F96 on a GE oven- cooling fan failure

Repair & Advice
Our double oven quit working the weekend before Christmas. We would get an F96 code. Tech support with GE is pretty frustrating. I made calls to several appliance repair services. All but one told me they don't work on GE products. Luckily the one that did mistakenly told me the part that would need to be repaired and it would cost $672. Naturally I checked it out for myself and realized how simple it would be to swap the parts on my own. I found the part on this site for under $60 after shipping (I chose the 2-5 day option, it arrived in 2).
Once I realized the repair was as simple as pulling the oven out of the wall and removing a few panels (about 40 sheet metal screws) the repair was as simple as disconnecting two wire connections and swapping an electronic sensor to the new motor (about 8 screws) and then putting all the pieces back in place.
Doing this repair myself saved over $600 from having a repair tech come to my house and took about 45 minutes from start to finish.
