Washer was letting water in, even when off and unplugged.

Socket set, pliers, putty knife (putty knife was used to release latches on order to remove the cabinet).

Without the use of helpful online videos, this repair would have been much more difficult. The hardest part was figuring out how to remove the cabinet, which was not intuitive. Once we accomplished that, it was pretty easy and straight forward. We repaired our washer weeks earlier than we could even get a repairman to come look at it. Even at that, they still would have had to order parts, wait for them and schedule to repair. We had confidence in our parts purchase due to confirmation on the site that the part would fit our model washer. It arrived within a matter of a few days. We couldn't be happier!
