The washing machine was giving me trouble for some time now. I decided to try to find answers on what might be the problem. I saw some videos and chats on various internet sites and with the information gathered I thought it could be a possible suspension problem. I ordered the parts and they arrived fast. It was pretty straight forward since my machine is kind of basic. Changing the parts was a bit tricky but straight forward and simple. I replaced each suspension at a time that way I didn't have to take the heavy drum to the floor. I had to incline the machine back for the front suspension and then forward to replace the back suspension. I used the wall and a wall for supporting the machine. There is a bit of pulling to take each suspension out but you can help with one hand supporting the drum from below for positioning and putting the parts in place. It would be a good idea to have some help to feel more comfortable but I did it myself in about half an hour but I had everything ready. The washing machine is working perfectly now. Safety is always first remember to unplug the washing machine, drain the drum, and plan each step of the way to avoid injury. Remember there are moving parts and heavy weight to manage.

Didn't have the room to tip machine over. Only tipped part way. Disassembly and assembly was easy.
