Some buttons were so depressed they would not work at all. - below the surface of the panel... :(

Just a power screwdriver with an extension.

Just watched a YouTube video first. 'Seemed' easy. And, it was. Hardest part was getting the outer-door back on. Almost needed a third hand...but I prevailed with my two. The exciting part was, when everything was back together, was pushing the start button and it 'started!'

Ordering is fairly straightforward however, even though I found the part number I needed, I wish the description wasn't missing the picture of the part.
The inner skin does not need to be removed completely to replace the panel assembly although it is helpful to have assistance when reassembling to hold the parts together. The electrical connectors are plug and play.
