Problem
Excellent equipment, works with very low amp
Tools
vacuum pump, pressure gauges, tanks to weld with acetylene, copper tube cutter, terminals for kit change, gas 134a etc.
Repair & Advice
1. release the gas 134a accumulated in the refrigeration system (used equipment) 2. desolder the pipes that go into the equipment so that they can enter the new compressor, 3. remove screws from the new compressor 4. remove the used compressor and replace with the new one including the new shock absorbers, 5. weld the pipe again according to how they are placed and the sizes of copper pipes, 5 once welded screw the new compressor, 6. weld the service valve to install the service valve to charge the gas for the refrigerator, 7. once the valve is installed, weld all the tubes, 8 it is time to vacuum the system for 5 minutes with a 3cfm pump 9 .. once there is no leak, add 134a gas to lubricate the system only 3 pounds, after that you have to turn on the refrigerator so that the proper refrigerant gas enters the new compressor
