Being an old woman I have to say, this “water inlet valve” was a piece of cake to exchange! My husband only had to undo and reattach the waterline since I can’t lay on a hard floor anymore, but removing the water hose, and unplugging the part, reattaching it all, was so easy! It really didn’t need a tech to do this job. This “PARTS DR” store was much cheaper and really fast shipping compared to the other store which I had ordered the past a month earlier and the shipping date kept getting pushed further out! Finally after 5 weeks of not being able to use my dishwasher, I was so glad to have found this store, and will purchase parts in the future if necessary!! Highly recommended STORE!
