Washer would not drain...it was making an awful noise. We took off the back of the washer and had to drain the water in a bucket over and over until it was almost completely empty...took off the drain pump got the part number and ordered it from the Parts Dr. It arrived within 2 days so we were able to put the new part on in about 20 minutes.....loved how fast the part arrived and we just want to say its well worth paying the extra money for shipping!!! In the long run you still save money!!!! No need to pay a repairman!!!! Thank you Parts Dr.

I was able to get the proper pump for my model Samsung washer very fast and it worked immediately. I want to say that it’s working better than when we first got the washer.

i removed the pump and verified it was not plugged, could feel the pump trying to drain but would not perform. installed new pump and ran a drain cycle to verify repair. needed to use existing washer wires as the new pump had a shorter cord and a different connector design
