Washer stopped working mid cycle. Had to call someone to look at it and together we figured out the control board was out. Frustrating as just went out of warranty about one month prior...... thats life!

Problem
Machine atopped working mid wash. Door lock engaged. Had to manually drain tub and release door catch.

Repair & Advice
Replaced the control panel first, nope.
Replaced the control board and voila, all was well.
Downside is the price of the board is 50% of a new washer.
No technicians would touch Samsung, even Samsung didn't have technicians to repair in the area.
Bottom line, would never buy Samsung again.
