Dryer would not stop running, even after unit would be turned off.

Googled issue. First tried unplugging and replugging in everything on the control board. Worked the first couple of times this issue occurred. Finally saw enough sources online saying the control board must be replaced. Found serial number/model number on back of Samsung dryer. Looked it up online, parts dr is legit and fairly priced. Got new control board within 5 days and fixed dryer issue like a charm

Dryer drum would keep spinning unless the door was left open.

Takes nothing more than a screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
Took me about 2 min to replace this part. After install fired up the dryer and worked like new.
