I searched on-line; found a couple of companies offering parts. Parts Dr. had a chat. Typed in my issue. The person on the chat asked for a serial #, make & model to confirm I had the correct part (which I didn't!). Made correction; even showed me a PDF to confirm which shelf I needed. Ordered on-line (secure site). Received part in 3 working days. My son put it in. Perfect! Yes. I'd use Parts Dr. again.

Original door bin broke. Ordered replacement from Parts Dr. Part was out of stock, but shipped to me as soon as it was available. Unfortunately, the replacement came in broken. I contacted Parts Dr. and received a new bin within a week.

Maybe ask the manufacturer to ship plastic parts with plenty of packing peanuts.
