I followed the online video for this part replacement. However, my washer has an access panel on the bottom front, so I did not need to remove the top and front to get to the pump. Much easier. Do have a couple old towels handy/under the hoses when removed to soak up the water in the hoses. Also, connect the power to the pump before securing the new pump in place.

Easy Peasy. Just remove as much water from the tub as you can, what’s lefts ends up on the floor.
