Screwdriver
Repair & Advice
Use a Philips head screwdriver to remove top panel, remove detergent reservoir, remove front panel then control panel housing. Be careful not to lose the button springs in the front panel. Open up control panel housing by hand and pop out control panel. Put in new control panel making sure knob posts line up perfectly. Put everything back together. Try washer. If it doesn't work the know post might not be perfect so redo and make sure the knob post are correct.

Repair & Advice
After a few times, and days, of rebooting the washer it was determined the control board was shorting out so I ordered a new one. Once received my washer has been a perfect angel and is not in need of the control board at this point. Glad to have it because it will need to be replaced at some point in the future.
