Repair & Advice
Easy to replace. Turn off water. Remove rear panel. Remove black spacer clips. Use crescent wrench to push up on connector while pulling out tubing. Be sure to note which tube is inlet and outlet. Remove screws at housing inside fridge(after filter is removed). Pull housing and tubing into fridge and remove. Install new housing and tubing. Connect tubing to valve, replace spacers. Install filter. Turn in water and check for leaks. Proceed to install rear panel.

Repair & Advice
Found a YouTube video that covered entire repair. Very good video. Access to areas of repair might be physically difficult for some.

Problem
GE refrigerator only 2 years old had much lower water dispenser flow rate than it did brand new.
Tools
Ratchet and socket
Repair & Advice
This specific filter manifold and tubing unit fix my water flow rate issue. However, I had to use the existing electrical from the old unit because the electrical as supplied on the new unit was incompatible. For example, there are a few wires that enter up into the fridge where you do not have access and have no disconnections. Using the existing electrical worked fine. Be sure to turn off the water inlet line to conduct the swap.
