Top rack sagged on one side when pulled out due to front wheel breaking loose from plastic axle.

Flat head screwdriver to remove end cap of roller arm.

Super easy fix - part was an exact match to the one I replaced. No instructions but it was very much a common-sense issue. Just had to remove the old arm by popping out the end cap. Once removed, the new one was inserted and the wheel snapped back into the new axle which was part of the arm.
