Problem
Drum rotated too slowly or not at all under heavy load.
Rear bearing had 1/16" diametral clearance.
Front left bearing slider was worn through to backing felt.
Front right bearing slider was worn to approx .005 - .010" thick.
Tools
1/4 drive ratchet & socket set
Small Torx wrench socket
Repair & Advice
Remove front panel; flip up top. Used a 1/4 drive ratchet & socket set.
Remove bottom rear access panel & disengage belt tensioner.
Remove rear bearing access panel & remove retaining ring.
Remove drum.
Remove old drum bearing from the drum. This required a small Torx wrench.
Replaced bearing assembly.
Replaced the front bearing sliders & applied included lube to drum & sliders.
Reassembled everything.

Problem
Drum rotation slowed - turned out to be due to motor, however, rear bearing failure was imminent, so it got replaced at the same time.
Tools
Screw drivers, 1/4" drive socket set with torx & allen bits.
Repair & Advice
Fairly easy, once you understand how it all fits together. Part diagrams helped with that part.
