Repair & Advice
Unplug power from the wall outlet first. Take the front knob off and take the screw out. Pop the face plate off and plug all wires. Be careful in the case of old plastic. But easy to do. Take the Top of the dryer off and Open the door take 2 screws out. A white plastic hose has to be taken off, push the plastic round tab in to release. Then the hose comes off. Have to lift up the drum inside, then shift the front door off. Pry old plastic off, disconnect electrical x2. Take out. Reassemble the same way

Very loud high-pitched squeak

Repair & Advice
It was pretty easy but would be better with better instructions, there are some videos out there for dryers but of course mine did not have the same mechanism to remove the top and front as any of the videos. Mine you had to pull the control knob off and then there was a single screw behind it that was the key to the kingdom. I'm not sure if I can fault the parts supplier for not giving any instructions, but it would be nice if somehow they could link you to the resources that are already out there.
