Problem
Upper rack was extremely rusted
Tools
No tools required. A zip tie needed
Repair & Advice
Both racks in dishwasher were extremely rusted. To replace the upper rack, you needed to remove the upper spray arm that was attached to the rack. It snapped on and off. The original rack had an added zip tie, so when I replaced the rack I also attached a zip tie

Problem
Coating on original rack had failed allowing rust to take over. Uprights were breaking off.
Tools
Screwdriver
Repair & Advice
Easy repair. Saw that I needed to detach upper sprayer assembly then pry off end caps from the side slide rails. New rack was easy to align on the side rails in their extended position. End caps snapped back on and sprayer assembly slid in place and secured.

Upper rack was rusted and falling apart

Repair & Advice
Lower rack was easily switched but the upper one you have to remove and reinstall the water sprayer on there and so we just watched a easy YouTube video on how to replace. Made it so simple just a few pushes could use any tool or knife or fork.
Wish the part came with instructions though would be nice.
