Problem
Dishwasher wouldn't start - no F codes, main board LED status light not flashing and voltage tests per OEM troubleshooting indicated problem with main board and replacement necessary.
Tools
Nutdrivers, screwdriver, multimeter for voltage measurements
Repair & Advice
Don't by GE Profile dishwashers. Our machine was practically rebuilt under extended warranty after being completely replaced in less than a year after purchasing. The main board I replaced was the last remaining major component that had not been replaced.

Problem
Dishwasher had no indication of power.
Tools
Simple hand tools to complete the job. And a flashlight.
1/4” nut driver
Phillips screw driver
Needle nose pliers
Repair & Advice
It helped to watch a YouTube video to see where the circuit board is located and how to remove it. Identifying the correct replacement part was the hardest part of the job. And Parts Dr. made that task simpler.
1. Isolate the power.
2. Remove panel and sound deadening materials to access underneath the dishwasher.
3. Unplug 2 electrical connectors.
4. Remove 2 screws holding the cover and circuit board enclosure.
5. Pull down and out the circuit board enclosure.
6. Unplug 5 electrical connectors.
7. Remove the circuit board enclosure.
8. Remove the circuit board from the enclosure by first removing the ground screw in the corner then with a pair of needle nose pliers pinch the little plastic keepers.
9. Install the new circuit board into the enclosure and secure the grounding screw.
10. Install the circuit board enclosure up into the bottom of the dishwasher, plugging all 5 electrical connectors back in. They cannot go in the wrong places but just be careful and pay attention to where they came from.
11. Push the circuit board enclosure up and secure with the two screws.
12. Plug the other 2 electrical connectors back in.
13. Install the sound deadening material and the floor panel.
14. Return power.

Problem
Dishwasher randomly tripping
Tools
Screwdriver
Repair & Advice
My dishwasher was randomly tripping and I could not resolve it. I spoke with a neighbor with a similar problem and they had worked out that replacing the circuit board seemed to be the solution. I simply pulled out the dishwasher, found where the circuit board was located and methodically removed and documented the screws for access. Replacement was pretty straight forward and appears to have resolved the problem.
