Start button would not work - press it and nothing happens. All other buttons were working.

I found a great video's online >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GN5t4VFgLCY that shows you exactly how to take it apart. I would add that to separate the door itself you have to slide the inside part of the door towards the top and then lift. That was the part I didn't thing was clear and took me a bit to figure out so I didn't damage anything. Being slow and methodical it took me about an 1 1/2 to complete, but honestly it's not that difficult and very doable with simple tools and if you can follow instructions :)
