Repair & Advice
Daughter and her fiancé bought an eclectic mid-century home built by the owner who was an engineer. The design and electrical systems in the home were innovative for 1960 and the one appliance that fascinated us was the 1960s GE Monogram (small) touchpad wall oven (J KP19GOK3WG). When I took over two casseroles in 11x13 baking pans, we realized we would have to cook one pan at a time. Her fiancé said he searched for the smaller size rack and they cost around $70 so I told him I would call a local repair service and search online, too. The repair supplier apologized that he didn't have a rack with the unusual dimensions. I couldn't find a like/similar wall oven image online to confirm the part number. Using the dimensions of the original single oven rack, I found a handful of online suppliers; your site had the best price, and it was delivered within a week. The rack fits perfectly. Wish I could upload photos for you - it's an unusual oven and I would love to know anything about it. Thank you.
