Problem
Left front burner occasionally wouldn’t shut off.
Tools
Nut driver and screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
There were no instructions included on how to replace the switch but I found them online. After unplugging the stove, I used the nut driver to remove the upper rear panel and unscrewed the switch from the control panel. Wires were attached to the switch with slide on connectors which I detached and then removed the defective switch.
The new switch was screwed onto the control panel and the wires were reconnected. I reattached the rear panel, plugged in the power cord and tested the switch; it worked.
