I broke our oven door by dropping a casserole dish on it while removing the dish from the oven. The biggest problem was that it happened 4 days before Thanksgiving, and we were hosting the meal at our home. We found our part of this website and paid extra to have it shipped quickly. When it arrived, the glass part had not been packaged well, so it arrived broken. We reported it to Parts Dr for a return. Parts Dr expedited a new part to us making sure to package this glass piece well. It arrived in time, and Thanksgiving dinner was saved!!
