Problem
Stayed unbalanced, shook uncontrollably.
Tools
1/4" nut driver and second pair of hands if needed and some sort of tape to tape lid down.
Repair & Advice
This is a very easy repair if you are handy but here's my take on it. There is (2) 1/4" bolts behind the control panel one on each side I used a nut driver to remove them. Put tape on the lid on to the top part of the metal cabinet so the lid won't slam back risking to break it. Slide the top cabinet of washer toward you and slightly raise up you will be able to tell if it is going to raise up since it goes through a channel to be removed to be lifted and slide each rod out and install the new one the same way and add the new plastic pieces on top where the rod holds onto. Only reason saying it's difficult to do is it is kinda hard to get your hand far enough down the corners of the washer to pull the rods up and set them in place

Problem
Machine was jumping around and making loud noises when in the spin cycle
Tools
The technician used his screwdriver to remove the door panel
Repair & Advice
The rods were very easily removed and replaced. My washer sounds brand new now. No more trying to hold down the machine from trying to go outside during the spin cycle.
