My broiler element would stay on for the entire preheating process and even after the desired oven temperature was reached. I replaced the control board with this one and now it works fine. Installation was easy: just take out some screws and detach the wires from the control board. The connectors on the wires are impossible to confuse with one another as they are all different colors and shapes. The hardest part is getting the sheet metal back panel back on
