Problem
Burned out under-glass stove burner
Tools
screwdriver, needle-nosed pliers
Repair & Advice
Replacement was very easy following instructions from a YouTube video. New element had one slightly larger male connector than the original but it was simple to adjust the female connector from the stove wiring to fit. I figure I saved $400 doing the repair myself vs calling a repair person.

Problem
The largest burner quit working on the glass top range.
Tools
Phillips screw driver and a pair of needle nose pliers and a multi meter.
Repair & Advice
I watched a couple videos on how to test the switch and burner to find out which one is the problem and it was way easy. Took about 5 minutes then ordered a new burner and it took me about 15 minutes to change out because i cleaned things up while I worked on it and it is like new. Great part. IMPORTANT TIP: look at the numbers on the burner connection before removing it and then look at the numbers on the new one, they may be in a different position from the original but all are numbered the same.

Problem
12" heating element wasn't heating
Tools
1/4" nut driver
Repair & Advice
The element was a direct fit. The only issue was the wire spades were located in a different location, so the photo I took prior to disassembly didn't match the new element. Attention to detail is what got me as the extension wire and instructions were in the packaging.
