Repair & Advice
Washer overflowed, flooded room. Bought a new water level switch, which arrived quickly from PartsDR.com and at a good price. However, this did not fix the problem. It turned out that the plastic hose had clogged at the tub end. I had already dissected the old switch to figure out what went wrong with it, so did need to use the new one after all, but the problem could have been solved for free by blowing into the tube a few times while the tub was full to rinse it out.

Repair & Advice
Watched a video on you tube how to replace the pressure switch. Replaced mine in five minutes as soon as the part arrived. Washer working fine now. Washer repairman quoted 274.00 to fix. The part and shipping was about 50 bucks. I saved 224.00 by doing it myself.
