Problem
Dishwasher was making a very loud noise replaced pump motor assembly
Tools
1/4" socket set, end nippers
Repair & Advice
Uses socket to get bottom cover off, unhooked water supply, unhooked electrical supply, pulled dishwasher out flipped on side unhooked wiring to pump motor assembly, took end nippers and cut pinch clamp off and pulled assembly out. Put a little vaseline on hose only, to go on better, and used end nippers to tighten pinch clamp and just reversed order on everything going back. Took about 30 minutes.

Repair & Advice
I only rated 4 stars because of the outer hose clamp included with the pump rather than a standard screw tight hose clamp. If you have the outer clamp crimping pliers they are much more convenient but normal homeowners, even ones with a decent tool collection like me don’t normally have an outer clamp crimping pliers. Luckily I had a pair of wire snips that I used to cut the old outer clamp off the original pump to get it removed I was able to get the new clamp compressed/crimped enough to get it installed. It did cause me a little worry though. Other than that the pump installed perfectly and fixed the problem. I turned the dishwasher upside down and this made it easy to accomplish. One thing of note to help you out. The rubber mount arm isolation grommet, make sure to pull it out of the dishwasher frame and slide it onto the metal pump mount arm to make it easier to get the pump back into place. Also, the big rubber pipe connection doesn’t utilize a clamp which is a little concerning but it makes a good tight connection, just be sure you wiggle and push the pump firmly into that rubber hose piece so that it’s secure.

Repair & Advice
If you are somewhat mechanically inclined, and understand the installation process with dishwashers, this job was pretty easy. A little time consuming, but not to difficult. YouTube can be a great help if you haven't ever worked with dishwashers before.
