Bad heating element.

Repair & Advice
Saw a youtube video, and had done a similar repair before. The video suggested doing the entire replacement inside the oven. Something else I read, suggested removing a back plate to better access the terminal connectors, which is the way I did it. A bit longer maybe but I could see what I was doing better. The part fit & works fine.
