Repair & Advice
Everything arrived in good shape from Parts Dr . To fix the door, I removed 2 screws at the top of the door under the plastic caps, pulled the outer door upward and it disconnects from the main door frame. Remove the front handle from the old door, attach it to the new one and then slide the new outer door on the frame. Put the screws back in the top and you're done. On thing to note, On the back of the outer door, I noticed the rubber washer under the metal where the screws attach the front handle, they arrived a bit out of place, but I was able to slide it back where it need to be. When you tighten the door handle it's important that the rubber washer is there so you're not tightening the metal right against the glass that is under it. I would also say don't tighten the screws for the handle too much because you probably could crack the glass if you over do it. Overall, I was very happy with the product.
