Dishwasher stopped responding to the touchpad control panel.

Screwdriver with the right bit

Pretty easy to replace. You have to loosen more than just the top screws on the dishwasher door to get this part on/off. It's important to get the various plastic flanges to mate properly with the rest of the door - it helps hold the whole thing together tightly. I used the old wiring harness, instead of the new one, to avoid disassembling more of the door. This part looks nice, fits perfectly, and runs well, but I've rated it 4 stars because this is now the 2nd time I've had to replace the control panel on this dishwasher in 4 years, so I don't think these panels are made with the reliability they ought to have.

My only complaint is that the plastic screw receptacles on each side of the handle broke off even though I was very careful not to over tighten. The attachment to the panel needs to be thicker. Otherwise, the installation was just as depicted in video and the new panel completely solved the problem.
