Repair & Advice
Turn off power to the dishwasher at the circuit box. Open dishwasher door. Using a torx bit remove the screws around the perimeter of the door. Remove the torx bit from your bit driver screwdriver and use the empty socket end to remove the machine screw from the black control box cover. Unplug the control ribbon from the touch screen noting which side of the ribbon is up. Remove the two torx screws that hold the door handle in place. Touch screen will now slide out. Slide new touch screen into place, reassemble everything in reverse order

Problem
Buttons on control panel wouldn't light and I couldn't determine if the function was working properly, such as drying, high temp wash, etc. The dishwasher itself was functional, but I was unable to make several of the functions work. This is the second time I have replaced this part over the years.
Tools
Screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
Not overly technical. The only issues were finding all of the screws to remove to get the panel off to expose the panel to remove and then figuring out how to install the ribbon to the control board. I found the ribbon difficult to connect to the control board, you needed to push back the collar on the white connector to get the ribbon in and then pull it back to secure it (I hope this makes sense). I also had it in backwards at first, so make note of how you remove it. Taking pictures beforehand helps. Other than that, it was fairly simple, no other connectors needed to be removed and now its working again! Unfortunately this was the second time I had to do this, I think the heat from the dishwasher deteriorates the buttons on the control panel over time.
