Dryer would run, but not heat up

Screwdriver and another tool that is kinda like a screwdriver, but it's round and goes over the top of the "screw" thing (lol). I also used my nephew who lives with me.

Obviously from my description of the tools I used, I am not a "handy man." I'm a 50 year old professional woman, but I am smart and resourceful. I figured it out! Lol. It was so easy and a simple fix by using the internet to diagnosis the problem, ordering the part from your website (because it was the least expensive) and then following a youtube video to install it. It was seriously so simple! I am sure I saved $100 or more and it only took me about 15-20 minutes to fix. If I can do it, anyone can.
