Problem
Cat ate a chunk out of the door seal which caused the washer to leak when running.
Tools
Needle nose pliers, screw driver, socket/ratchet.
Repair & Advice
My cat decided he wanted to see what the washer door seal tasted like, he bite about a 3/4” square chunk out of the bottom section of the door seal so the washer door did not completely seal when the door was shut. Took about an hour to replace, watch a couple videos on how to disassemble the top and front of the washer and had no problems. Door now seals perfectly.

Tools

Repair & Advice
We followed a youtube video to replace this. It includes taking off the top and front off, and the springs were a pain, but we were able to take them off and put them back .

Problem
A 5" rip in the door diaphragm.
Tools
Pliers, screwdriver, soap.
Repair & Advice
I had a 5" rip in the door diaphragm of my front load Samsung washer, leaving a small flood on the basement floor after the load of laundry that had been washing finished. I ordered this replacement diaphragm on a Wednesday, and I received it Friday afternoon. After consulting a YouTube video on how to replace it, it seemed simple enough. It took me a fair amount of time to replace, as the wire clamps that hold the diaphragm in place didn't seem to want to agree with me. Make sure to use soap to ensure that everything fits and slides into place and to make the job much easier
