Problem
The spin nut had broken and the inner and outer tubs were not spinning together causing the machine to wobble and give the UE code.
Tools
10mm socket, flat head screwdriver, and large channel locks.
Repair & Advice
Removed the pulsator cap, using the 10mm socket removed the bolt that held the wash plate to the tub. Then use the screwdriver to get under the wash plate and lift it up. I put the new nut on and tightened by hand as far as I could, then used the channel lock wrench to tighten more. It helps if you have someone to hold the tub while you tighten.
