Ice maker not getting water

Bought this part thinking the water valve was broken. Turned out not to be the problem. Since I installed the part and ran water through it, I cannot return it. But the cost of the part was well worth the training videos this company provides. I watched a few more videos and figured out the issue. The fill tube was full of ice. Was able to remove, empty and reinstall it. Ice maker works fine now. The videos provided are very detailed and gave me the confidence to tackle the repair myself. Without the videos I probably would have spent more hiring a technician.
