We discovered a damaged roll-out vegetable bin on our lovely LG French door fridge. Online searching was a challenge because there are so many similar (but different) models and designs and so few detailed parts catalogs on most websites. Parts Dr. took possession of our quest and saved the day... at the best price, I found anywhere.

This was a straight-up purchase and replace project. No repair was possible to the fractured plastic of the drawer's roller assembly.

One cannot begin to imagine the number of drawer and bin assemblies available from just a single appliance manufacturer. The folks at Parts Dr. took the scant information I had to offer and they tracked down the right part number for my LG fridge model. They also discovered that the part was out of stock literally EVERYWHERE and would have to be sourced from the LG factory. The stayed in touch with me by Email, tracking the progress of what promised to be a weekslong situation and offering me the opportunity to cancel if I found another source. In the end, Parts Dr. got me a drawer, shipped it, and had it in my hands with only half the anticipated delay. It's great to know that the Doctor is ALWAYS in.
