Problem
Oven would not turn off after use.
Tools
Screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
After tripping the breaker to turn off the oven...we started our internet search of what could be wrong. We found some discussion suggesting it was the membrane. After searching YouTube for membrane installations and searching the internet for the membrane, we settled on PartsDr. We found their site to be very easy, clear and their pricing was the best. As advertised. We received the part when they said, installed it per the video in about 20 minutes and it is working properly. Thank you Parts Dr.

Problem
Oven off button on touch-pad not working.
Tools
Phillip-head screw driver.
Repair & Advice
Simple repair, virtually plug and play. Remove two screws At rear of stove for each side panel, slide each panel slightly towards rear of stove then remove. Next remove two screws holding side trim along stove top, then remove trim. Remove stove burner control knobs. Now open oven door and remove four screws from under side of face trim, plus two screws located on each side of stove for face trim. Gently remove face trim assembly and rotate upwards the rest on top of stove (do not pull out or up to far, wires are connected). Gently un-plug the ribbon cable from the circuit board. Remove four screws holding the membrane touch-pad in place then carefully remove faulty touch-pad. Now carefully reinstall new touch-pad and reassemble the stove in the reverse order used to take apart. DONE!
