Problem
Smell of gas while burner was on. Found crack in aluminum tubing for gas supply.
Tools
Combination wrench and screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
Remove burners by twisting 1/4 turn and disconnecting electric spark ignition spade connectors. Be mindful which sets off wires goes to which burner. Then remove the 4 screws for left and right gas manifold assemblies. Lift range lid. Remove old burner manifolds by loosening the 4 compression nuts for both sides. Reassemble in reverse order. Be careful not to tighten the compression nuts too tight. You will crack the aluminum tubing.
