Problem
Old felt seal was falling apart
Tools
Screwdriver.
Repair & Advice
Took the front of the dryer apart. Watched Youtube video showing how to replace the front felt seal. Bent the clips up (holding the old felt seal). Placed the new felt under one clip. and then bent the clip down. did the same thing for all other clips. Using high temperature adhesive, glued the ends of the felt seal.

Problem
Noisy drum, worn felt seals
Tools
Nut drivers and phillips and flathead screwdrivers
Repair & Advice
Took apart the dryer due to the failed drum roller and noticed how worn the felt seals were on the front and rear bulkheads. It is worthwhile to tackle the felt seal replacement since the seals are inexpensive and are easy to replace by prying up on the metal tabs for removal and pressing them back down once the new seal is in place. You get the benefit of eliminating hot air leaks from inside the drum to the outside. Reinstallation is a bit tedious as new seals are noticeably thicker and may take some doing to fold them in on themselves when reinstalling the drum. Just be patient with it.

Clothes were getting black and brown marks.
Tools
Pliers, screw driver.
Repair & Advice
Putting the seal on was easy. The difficulty was putting the drum back on with the new, stiff seal.
